BRAND NEWS: Telemarketing Company & BDC merge telemarketing operations

B2B specialists, The Telemarketing Company and BDC have merged their telemarketing operations.

BDC will bring specialist knowledge and a strong track record of lead generation and appointment setting in the employer engagement, training and apprenticeship arenas to The Telemarketing Company.

Meanwhile, BDC’s telemarketing clients will benefit from an expanded portfolio of voice services, including research and multilingual options and improved reporting. The combined organisation will deliver all of its work from the Telemarketing Company’s existing Brighton office.

Niall Habba, managing director of The Telemarketing Company, said: “This is a great development. Crucially, BDC’s people and ethos are a good cultural and operational fit for TTMC. Our expansion this year has been strong, but this deal supports our ambitions for further growth in the B2B telemarketing space and brings training and education sector expertise. For the team joining us there will also be benefits from the scale and opportunity afforded by working for the larger combined organisation and we’re really pleased to welcome them on board.”
