BRANDING NEWS: Brother UK launches spoof video campaign

Labelling specialist Brother UK has placed a spoof video at the heart of its new £1.5m marketing campaign.
 Devised by Manchester digital agency CodeComputerLove, the spoof video features an over-organised office manager who labels the majority of things in her office, from her staff holiday planner, to the microwave and even the doors and stairs.
 In addition to video content, the campaign features social media, online advertising and offers respondants the opportunity to win a trip to Mexico.
 James Lawton-Hill, head of marketing, Brother UK, said, “Our intention is to shake up the labelling market with innovative and surprising marketing activity that clearly communicates product benefits, but with a sense of humour."
