BRANDING NEWS: Confex rebrands to conquer the regions

International Confex – CMPI's long-running corporate events and travel exhibition – has launched a new brand identity aimed at providing a platform for growth following recent innovations.

This includes the recent acquisition of the National Venue Show, founded by Waypoint Exhibitions, to function as a regional extension of what has historically been a very London-focused show. The rebrand was announced at the National Venue Show in September, which is held at the NEC Birmingham alongside the National Incentive Show and National Direct Marketing Show, organised by Reed Exhibitions.

The new identity will be rolled out on pre-show marketing material for International Confex, which will be held at Earls Court 2 in February. The 2006 show attracted 11,000 visitors and 400 exhibitors over three days.
