CRM NEWS: Nikon Instruments celebrates deployment of new CRM product

Nikon is attributing its improved direct selling model to its adoption of Salesforce's CRM and Chatter products.

The optical instrumentation leader has also reported lower costs since deploying Salesforce.

John Bivona, CRM manager and project leader at Nikon Instruments, said, "We have seen seamless improvements to our direct selling model with Salesforce CRM and Chatter
