DEMAND GENERATION NEWS: Lack of collaboration is harming UK businesses
Research released by IBM has revealed UK companies rate themselves ‘very low’ at collaborating with their business community.
Seventy-nine per cent say the business community has an impact on their company’s ability to respond to changing customer demands, and with only 10 per cent implementing end-to-end integration with all the business partners they need, this lack of collaboration could potentially damage businesses.
Further to this, nine per cent of UK companies said they could respond to changing customer demands for products and services ‘very effieciently’, compared to 23 per cent of global businesses.
