Eversheds named UK’s strongest legal brand
Eversheds has topped the Acritas UK Law Firm Brand Index as the country’s strongest legal brand.
The annual survey, now in its fifth year, comprised responses from 2300 senior buyers of legal services from across the globe, tracking how buyers select law firms.
The Index was compiled using six measures: top of mind awareness, favourability, consideration for top-level litigation, consideration for top-level M&A, most used for high-value work by UK buyers, and most used for high-value UK work by overseas buyers.
Female buyers were shown to be particularly drawn to the winning brand Eversheds, while DLA Piper jumped four places from last year into second, with Pinsent Masons making up the top three.
Lisa Hart Shepherd, CEO, Acritas, said: “The average client works with some 20 law firms and is regularly marketed to by many more. With a legal market that is fragmented, dynamic and constantly changing, law firms that are top of mind for positive reasons are more likely to win work.
