INBOUND MARKETING NEWS: Saxo Bank launches Tour de France video campaign

Saxo Bank is launching a Tour de France-themed marketing campaign.

Featuring riders from its Tour team Saxo-Tinkoff, the Danish investment bank has created a series of ten videos to promote its participation.

The short films, shot by photographer Fredrik Clement, explain Team Saxo-Tinkoff riders’ passion for cycling and draw parallels between the skills required for cyclists and those needed by traders.

Romain Witomski, head of group marketing at Saxo Bank, said, “This campaign provides a great opportunity for Saxo Bank as co-sponsor to market our involvement with Team Saxo-Tinkoff, through a series of high quality films to seed through web and social media channels.

“We hope our excitement will confer on the viewers, and gradually build up before the start of the Tour de France.”

The first video will premiere on 27 March, ahead of the start of the Tour of Flanders in Belgium on 31 March, and the full series will be available on a Saxo Bank cycling microsite.
