Robert Bushey, EMEA chief sales officer, Merkle

The former Accenture MD joins Merkle. In his new role, Robert will help brands work across the required Merkle capabilities and services to support their customer experience transformation, bringing in consultants from the strategy and transformation team to help clients navigate the complex data and tech decisions that support success locally, regionally and globally.

He will lead the team responsible for growing EMEA revenues across all markets and capabilities, as well as devising and executing the growth strategy for the region. This includes building alliance partnerships, generating new business, driving new opportunities with existing clients, and promoting collaboration between Dentsu's media and creative services.

Grad Conn, CMO, PROS

Grad joins PROS as an experienced CMO, having previously held the role for Microsoft US and Sprinklr. At PROS, Grad will be responsible for driving global marketing strategy, with precision focus on customer experience and brand building to extend PROS market leadership and fuel its corporate growth trajectory.

Roy Jugessur, chief revenue officer, Actual Experience

The analytics-as-a-service company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Roy as the company’s new chief revenue officer.

Rhian Lindley, marketing director, HiveMind

The business, technology and design consultancy has recruited Rhian as their first ever marketing director. Rhian’s previous experience covers senior marketing roles at several leading corporates, including Royal Bank of Scotland, Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank, and Mubadala Investment Company. She has spent the past decade in Dubai where she ran her own marketing and communications consultancy.

Ellie Mitchell, client services director, and Cheryl Randall, group account director, Digital Radish

Following a B2B Marketing Agency of the Year award win in 2021, Digital Radish has appointed two senior marketers to lead on the strategic direction of the agency’s client accounts.

Ellie brings over 12 years of experience in B2B agencies, such as Sherpa and Omobono where she led award-winning campaigns for global clients.

Cherly brings over 20 years marketing experience across global B2C and B2C brands, having spent the last five years at Really B2B where she was responsible for providing strategic direction to B2B technology brands including Redstor and Avanade.

Gavin Peters, VP marketing, Genasys

The insurance software solutions provider has expanded its senior leadership team by welcoming Gavin as VP of marketing. Gavin joins with two decades of global B2B and B2C experience to his name, working with household names like Coca-Cola, Barclays, and The Premier League, and, most recently, chief marketing and strategy officer at Onvi.

Gavin will scale-up the Genasys brand in the UK, Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Sarah Tinsley, director of marketing and placemaking, Hammerson

Sarah joins Hammerson in a newly created role to support the organisation’s commitment to shaping and creating vibrant urban spaces where people and brands want to be.

Sarah will lead Hammerson’s direct customer marketing, brand experience, digital, activations, partnerships, brand feedback and customer feedback teams. Working with Hammerson’s urban estates and pipeline of new development and repositioning projects, Sarah will drive integrated placemaking initiatives, marketing campaigns, events, and content across a variety of channels.
