Ooredoo launches ‘Together we do wonders’ campaign with Lionel Messi
Communications company Ooredoo has launched its latest campaign ‘Together we do wonders’, featuring brand ambassador and FC Barcelona star Lionel Messi.
As part of the campaign, Ooredoo has released an ad video, along with a dedicated micro-site that plays host to an online strategy game to drive engagement across its digital footprint.
The advertising video plays on the themes of teamwork and technological skills, with Messi helping a group of young footballers overcome a team much older than them.
The Qatar-based business hopes the campaign will showcase its CSR initiatives and its global support for the world of sport.
Waleed Al Sayed, deputy group CEO, Ooredoo, said: “Our first campaign encouraged young people to ‘simply do wonders’ – to be the best they could be, which is something we hope to inspire across our footprint.
