Salesforce launches content management system

Cloud software provider Salesforce has announced its own content management system, Salesforce CMS.

Salesforce CMS allows users to create and manage content while delivering it to any digital platform. According to its website, the CMS brings “drag and drop interfaces, headless APIs that can put content everywhere, and personalisation based on data”.

Anna Rosenman, VP of marketing for Salesforce CMS, explained the company’s intention was to link content, data and buyers.

“Salesforce built its CMS based on customer feedback and complaints about managing legacy content systems,” she said.

Last month,

Salesforce

was ranked the second fastest growing brand this year, according to Interbrand’s 2019 Best Global Brands Report. The company

also partnered

with content production company WaitWhat and Thrive Global earlier this year on a podcast campaign that reaffirmed its CRM brand.
