SEARCH NEWS: Google redesigns homepage & logo | B2B Marketing

Google has revamped its homepage and logo, as part of its Google bar update.

The design will be rolled out in coming weeks and includes a flattened and reshaped logo. Plus, the search engine has replaced the previous menu bar with a smaller range of links on the page’s right-hand side.

The update aims to make it easier for users to navigate across Google’s products and devices, and includes a new app launcher.

Eddie Kessler, tech lead manager at Google said: ‘As part of this design, we’ve also refined the color palette and letter shapes of the Google logo. We’ll be rolling out this update across most Google products over the next few weeks, so keep an eye out and let us know your thoughts.’
