Social media will continue to dominate the marketing landscape next year, according to Steven Woods, chief technology officer at Eloqua.
Woods also sees an increased focus on big data and SaaS technology as providing focuses for marketers in 2013.
He said, “Similar to 2012, in 2013 marketers B2B marketers will be looking to take the social information they’ve collected on potential customers and turn it into meaningful insight.
“Marketers will focus on integrating a prospect’s social identity to further understand their unique wants and needs as well as who they trust.”
