VIDEO CAMPAIGN NEWS: MidlandHR launches gameshow to highlight video capabilities
Payroll software provider, MidlandHR focussed on the video element of its new site by creating its own version of the TV gameshow, Eggheads.
‘Payroll Egg-sperts’ was hosted and filmed by the technology company in a bid to hihghlight the growing importance of video. The game put five of MidlandHR’s payroll professionals to the test as customers sponsored a series questions designed to beat the experts. Twitter was used to post questions and results in real-time.
Richard Thomas, marketing director at MidlandHR said, “As part of our website redesign, we wanted to include video content as a way to educate customers and prospects, illustrate our approachability, show our industry expertise, and of course benefit from using YouTube and other social media sites to share video content. We felt this would be a fun way to highlight MidlandHR’s new specialist blog and introduce some of the experts who will be sharing their industry expertise with the wider community.”
