Data available suggests adoption rates have increased significantly: a recent study found that in 2014 there were nearly 11 times more B2B organisations using MA solutions than 2011.
However, small to medium sized organisations have been notably slower on the uptake. Just three per cent of organisations turning over less than $5m and only five per cent turning over $5-$20m have adopted an MA platform.
