B2B Marketing expanded its USA team as it moved into new offices in Chicago this week. James Farmer, publisher and B2B Marketing co-founder,  joined Tequia Burt, editorial director, and Bill Furlong, general manager, on a short trek with the team to the famous “Bean” sculpture.

Charlotte Woolard, the new U.S. digital content manager, is returning to Chicago after 10 years in Hawaii and Oregon, where she wrote for daily and weekly newspapers and freelanced for publishers including the now-defunct Crain's BtoB magazine, Crain's Portland, FierceCMO and the Business Marketing Association.

"I'm thrilled to be back in Chicago, working for one of my favorite longtime editors and finally meeting face-to-face with so many of the marketers I've interviewed and collaborated with remotely over the years," she said.

Joel Mangers has been tapped as the event manager and already has begun preparation for our first U.S. conference. A native of Chicago, he has worked on all aspects of special events, conferences and annual fundraisers – from revenue generation to programming and promotion. He most recently managed United Cargo's national and international customer forums, events and trade shows.

"Chicago is one of the most amazing cities in the world, and I'm truly excited to help launch B2B Marketing's U.S. offices. I look forward to working with the entire team," he said.
