Episerver acquires personalisation company Idio

Content management platform Episerver has acquired personalisation and analytics company Idio. 

Episerver aims to use Idio’s one-to-one approach to help its content management system, personalisation, commerce expertise and customer insights. Using predictive analytics, Idio can gauge interests and intent of individual buyers.
