Eurostar has teamed up with Michelin star chef, Alain Roux, to enhance its Business Premier class service.
The train operator is deploying a number of initiatives aimed to improve its Business Premier class experience and provide value to its customer. As part of the programme, three-star Michelin chef, Alain Roux, was enlisted to set up a range of exclusive gourmet menus to be served on board.
Nick Mercer, commercial director for Eurostar, said, “Last year, we saw a revival in the business markets in the UK, France and Belgium and this translated into an increase in our Business Premier passenger numbers. However, in the current climate many of our business clients have tough decisions to make about their choice of travel class, so the aim of these latest improvements is to highlight that Eurostar continues to invest in offering its Business Premier customers exceptional levels of flexibility, service and value.”
The new gourmet menus programme will start from April 14. Further initiatives will include the introduction of a new guaranteed boarding service to let Business Premier passengers access to the train of their choice regardless of their reservation.
