Businesses around the world will be finding out how Facebook’s new Questions functionality can work for them this week, following its recent re-launch.
With a focus on seeking recommendations from people within your network, Questions is clearly an excellent opportunity for brands to engage and crowd source their potential customers.
Questions can be left with multiple-choice response field, though new responses can be suggested by respondents, with feedback displayed in a comment stream format.
There are obvious similarities between Facebook’s new functionality and the services offered by Quora and Yahoo’s Answers but the fact that a brands key online community is already in the same space is likely to pay dividends for Facebook.
