All eyes will be on Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook this week, as they prepare for the F8 conference in San Francisco on Thursday.
The event is used to highlight new Facebook developments and functionality to the assembled developers, bloggers and journalists.
Rumours are rife about music services, an expansion of Facebook’s payment system, TV sharing, new mobile apps and plenty more besides.
Most of these rumoured developments are overtly consumer-focused. But it will be worth B2B marketers keeping one eye on proceedings in California as developments such as Facebook’s ‘Like’ feature, which was initially aimed at consumers, have been reappropriated effectively in B2B.
