Integrated software solutions provider DHC will be implementing Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM system on a hosted basis for financial director service suppliers, the FD Centre. DHC will be working closely with the team at the FD Centre to implement the new system, delivering increased flexibility and centralising CRM.
The FD Centre is a provider of part time financial directors in the UK, providing finance directors from large corporations, to the SME sector.
DHC says its hosted CRM offering which reduces the need for a large capital outlay and heavy dependence on the IT infrastructure that is typically associated with an installed enterprise platform.
“We decided to implement a CRM system in order to provide a more co-ordinated approach and offering to our clients,” said FD Centre’s client manager, Andy Forster. “The hosted offering from DHC will provide the functionality and flexibility we require so that we can continue to grow the business. We already work in partnership with DHC in targeting and providing mutual clients with financial health checks so we knew that they would provide the attention to detail we required whilst working together as strategic partners.”
“Working with an organisation with unique hosted requirements gives us and the FD Centre the opportunity to explore the flexibility and scope of our products,” added DHC’s director, Matt Garman. “Where traditional on-premise CRM systems often require more upfront time and man-power, a hosted solution offers the same services as an internal programme. We are using our knowledge, expertise and hosting partnerships to transform the FD Centre’s IT strategy into a system that complements its current needs, but which is also capable of providing the support it needs as the business continues to grow.”
