Data management company Redstor has appointed Gareth Case as CMO in an attempt to treble revenue by 2020.
Case has 20 years’ experience in marketing with technology brands such as NIIT Technology, DXC and Xchanging.
As CMO he will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy while driving a multi-channel demand generation programme to target the £36 billion data management market.
Case said he was delighted to join Redstor: “The market opportunity is huge and continues to grow with the proliferation of business data. We’re already delivering the future of data management and have the building blocks in place to take the market by storm and grow our share of the market exponentially.”
Paul Evans, founder and CEO at Redstor, added the company had grown its cloud data management offering by 30% over the past year, and hopes Case will continue this. “We are targeting aggressive growth which will be driven by heavy investment in marketing and product development as we pursue our vision to become the UK’s company of choice for the control and protection of data,” said Evans.
