GL Noble Denton, independent advisor to the oil and gas industry, has launched a brand awareness campaign focusing on its employees’ skills.
The global campaign, devised alongside Westhill Communications, began with an internal initiative, titled ‘You are who we are’, to find the ‘stars’ of the advertising campaign. Employees were prompted to nominate themselves or a colleague by posters and emails providing a link to the nominations website.
The external campaign was launched at the beginning of April and will include a series of adverts profiling the nominated employees in industry newspaper Upstream. The idea behind the two-pronged campaign was to highlight the skills and technical knowledge of its staff members.
GL Noble Denton will also be utilising the Offshore Technology Conference in Texas at the end of April by creating a billboard advertisement at the airport for all arriving attendees to see.
