Google is advising start-ups and SMEs to forget about meta keywords and concentrate more on descriptions and titles.
The search giant has posted a video on its developer blog designed to help startup businesses get up to speed with the world of SEO.
Entitled ‘SEO for start ups in under ten minutes,’ the video may come as bad news for SEO agencies but it is likely to be popular with small business owners, eager to improve search performance with low budgets and little spare time.
