Google+ is now the world’s second most-visited social network, according to Global Web Index.
Though Facebook is still way out in the lead with a monthly user count in the region of 700 million, Google+ now boats 343 million, with YouTube third and Twitter down in fourth spot.
Positions five to nine were all filled with Chinese-only networks, and professional network LinkedIn sitting in 10th place.
However, another noteworthy nugget from the report included the decline of localised networks, with larger players eating up percentage share.
