Google Assistant has seen a 50% YoY improvement in how well it can answer questions, according to research by voice experience agency, Rabbit and Pork.
In a quarterly whitepaper the agency aimed to pinpoint the brands that are performing best with Google’s voice search.
It found Google Assistant could now answer 67% of questions. This is a 26% increase from last quarter’s 53%.
The agency said this growth was due to: Google’s improved search algorithm, more brands focusing time on creating voice friendly content, and Google linking more of their web products to voice.
