Database provider, Greenstone data solutions has acquired a controlling stake in The Customer Partnership (TCP).
The purchase of the marketing optimisation software specialist is intended to reinforce Greenstone’s current âSubtle Difference’ campaign, highlighting it as more than a data bureau.
The data provider aims to increase its expertise in customer insight with the acquisition as well as to use TCP to help its clients justify their marketing spend and decide which areas they should invest in or cut back on.
Greenstone aims its services at medium to large B2B companies across all sectors. The new venture will be named TCP Marketing Solutions – a Greenstone Company.
Marco De Caprio, commercial director at Greenstone says, “Its [TCP’s] focus on developing innovative software tools to help organisations make more effective use of marketing spend… is in line with our approach, and together we will deliver even more value for our customers.”
