Japanese technology company, Hitachi has launched a new campaign which focuses on its core business-to-business portfolio of products.
Created by McCann Erickson Birmingham, the campaign uses case studies to exhibit and raise awareness of Hitachi’s Social Innovation Business in Europe. The ‘Are you the next?’ concept was developed to echo the company’s corporate strapline ‘Inspire the next’.
Adverts featuring Hitachi’s rail, data storage and construction machinery products will run in national and business publications, as well as online, outdoor and on infomercials in the UK, Romania and Poland.
Hans Daems, public affairs officer at Hitachi Europe, commented, “The goal of the campaign is to raise awareness and understanding of these areas of Hitachi’s business, while showcasing our customer focus. McCann Erickson’s creative approach of ‘Are you the next?’ successfully puts customer stories at the heart of the campaign. Consistent media buying across the three geographical areas helps us reach our target audience of senior executives.”
