Honeywell Heating Controls’ new integrated campaign is designed to inspire the installers of room thermostats to become heroes.
The campaign, designed by The Purple Agency, addresses the fact that around 8.5 million homes in the UK don’t have room thermostats and encourages people in the trade to help show homeowners how financially beneficial they can be.
‘Be an instant hero’ is being rolled out across point of sale, co-branded campaigns with major merchant chains, trade advertising, a micro-site, direct mail, and sales promotion.
Andrew Mansfield, marketing manager at Honeywell Heating Controls, says, “The campaign from Purple helps us get across several critical messages under one simple to understand theme.
“As well as highlighting the benefits of fitting a room thermostat or upgraded controls, the materials also offer advice to installers so they can fit the most appropriate upgrades.”
