Horizon to give data back to the users

Market Location is proclaiming a revolution in B2B companies’ use of marketing data, with the launch of what it says is “the first multi-level online B2B data analysis tool.”

Horizon is aimed at both marketing and sales professionals, and Market Location claims its key benefit are high levels of usability, making it accessible to users from outside the specialist data-management or analyst community.

The product is available on a monthly subscription, with the objective of making its use cost-effective.

The solution utilises Market Location’s 2.3 million site-based B2B data universe for accuracy and matching purposes. It offers a hierarchy of five different levels of access for companies with different data requirements: from general basic use to a fully bespoke solution.

Functionality includes: customised graphs and charts of key company data; single and b-variant penetration and profiling analysis; data audit reports; download functionality for net records enabling future prospecting; and a choice of PDF or Excel for exportable reporting formats.

Nigel Bennett, sales director at Market Location, comments, “data analysis itself generates questions that need to be answered by individuals with the right business insight, not IT expertise. Marketers and sales professionals are best positioned to take ownership [of the data]. It is imperative that they have access to data intelligence at the touch of a button to give clear direction on their activities.”
