Hume Whitehead has been appointed to handle the UK PR for business hotel chain, NH Hoteles.
The agency will be responsible for raising its brand awareness among meeting planners in the UK. NH Hoteles has almost 400 hotels across the world and 21 under construction.
Speaking about the appointment Alan Jaramillo, director of MICE sales in the UK at NH Hoteles, said, “With nearly 400 hotels around the world, most of them urban, meetings and events are an important part of our business and we look forward to working with Hume Whitehead to ensure that UK planners are fully aware of everything we have to offer.”
In other PR appointment news, Prova PR won the Motorsport Industry Association (MIA) account.
Prova PR will act as the trade association’s communications partner with the aim of raising its national profile. Chris Aylett, chief executive of the MIA, said, “The MIA realises the value of communicating the strategic vision for the long term future of the industry and Prova is the agency to help us achieve this. We have ambitious plans for the future of the MIA and we know that Prova will help these plans come to fruition.”
