The Institute of Direct Marketing has announced the appointment of senior marketers from IBM, American Express, GyroHSR and Earnest to its B2B advisory council for 2011.
Pete Jakob, marketing transformation leader at IBM UK and Ireland; Andrew Buckley, VP marketing and strategy at American Express; Richard Perry, COO of GyroHSR and Chris Wilson, chair of the Association of Business to Business Agencies (ABBA) and MD of B2B agency Earnest, have joined the 17-person council.
IDM B2B council chair, Debbie Williams, said, “I am delighted to welcome these senior B2B marketing practitioners to the council – and from such leading B2B brands.
