Software giant IBM has launched new data analytics software to help marketers tap into the big data phenomenon.
The Analytical Decision Management software is designed to help brands take action on information gathered as part of marketing and other processes. It correlates and analyses the data as well as measuring the impact of social networking channels to aid decision making.
Deepak Advani, vice president business analytics products and solutions at IBM said, “In today’s marketplace, when a customer says they’re not happy, companies must decide how to react – not later that day, or in an hour, but instantly.
