One of the first marketing and sales toolkit apps for the iPhone has been released.
Created by marketing Professor Malcolm McDonald in partnership with MDB Consulting, the iMarket application gives marketers access to seven marketing and sales audit programmes including profit forecast gap analysis, a marketing audit questionnaire segmentation exercises.
Reference material and white papers from Professor McDonald, master class video clips and daily business news feeds are also included with the application, which is retailing at £4.99.
The application will soon be available on the emerging Google Android phone to cater for a wider user base.
Professor McDonald said, “With time pressure on executives and students as well as extra pressures of improving productivity and value, having this extensive marketing audit at their fingertips with the ability to send results and actions to colleagues from the device will create one of the most valuable applications ever seen on a mobile device”.
