Online marketing activities featured heavily on a Google survey designed to find out which areas of activity small business owners were keen to seek improvement in during 2011.
Perhaps unsurprisingly technology received a great deal of attention, with areas such as website and SEO improvement and gaining a better understanding of how to maximise the potential of social media channels all rating highly in the survey.
Many respondents also stated that they’d like to see more marketing products designed to improve online visibility.
Also notable was the number of respondents stating they were eager to receive more education regarding how their businesses could grow.
