Information Arts expands at home and abroad

Information Arts has signed a deal with Protocol B2B, a US-based B2B marketing agency.

The agreement, which took place on April 17, will provide the marketing consultancy with open access to Protocol B2B’s US customers that wish to target the European market, whilst enabling Information Arts to offer US capability to its existing European customers. It will also allow Information Arts access to the Asian market, as Protocol B2B has recently signed a similar agreement with World Marketing Group, based in Singapore.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for us to expand into America and Asia and we can now truly offer our customers global capability,” says Gary Selby, joint MD at Information Arts.

Information Arts continues its expansion with the senior appointment of former Prospect Swetenhams MD, Hugh Bessant as sales director.

He will take responsibility for the company’s new business effort including new and existing business. He will also manage the client services and data planning teams.

Bessant has over 10 years experience in B2B having worked for Prospect Swetenhams until 2006. He was previously MD at Key Note and oversaw the merger of The Prospect Shop with Swetenhams Marketing Services.
