Information Arts to rebrand as Harte Hanks

UK-based Information Arts has announced it will take the name of its parent company, Harte Hanks, to consolidate into a single cohesive global presence.

Harte Hanks acquired Information Arts in 2010, following the growing importance of data management. Since then it has invested in adding staff to expand its marketing scope in Europe through database solutions.

New roles have been created over the past six months to support  the rebrand, which will also allow the business to adopt a customer-centric structure. As a result, customers and prospects will have a more seamless experience when dealing with Harte Hanks across multiple business units or countries.

Donna Belanger, formerly managing director of Information Arts, will continue to head operations as managing director of Harte Hanks database solutions UK. She explained: “This name integration is a landmark step that brings multiple benefits for customers, enabling them to build meaningful connections with their markets and deliver impactful results to their business through customer insight.

“We’ll continue to provide a distinct and important offering focused on European database solutions. With increasing globalisation, successful marketing needs an innovative blend of international capability and local insights that Harte Hanks offers.”
