Infosys has announced it is to develop an apprenticeship programme in the UK with the assistance of the National Apprenticeship Scheme (NAS).
It is a move likely to be welcomed by the consulting community at large, as the scheme is designed to enable long term employment by equipping people with the vocational skills required for success in the area.
Srinath Batni, head of delivery excellence at Infosys, said, “Infosys is pleased to be associated with the National Apprenticeship Scheme in UK and is committed to providing learners with an opportunity to work and gain meaningful experience with us.
“Globally Infosys is committed to investing in the communities in which we operate. We look forward to bringing our world-renowned training and development approaches to help develop and grow skilled workers in the UK.”
