The opportunity:


Working with the sales and conference production team to develop an understanding of the event programme (B2B Ignite (UK/US), Global ABM Conference, Martechopia), you will be selling to a qualified list of prospective event attendees on these 4 key industries loved events to well established big brands.


Engaging with clients on the phone, email, and video calls, and developing lasting relationships. Helping pinpoint the value to them of attending these conferences to solve their challenges and build strong campaigns, delivering the best results for their business.


You will manage and maintain sales records, ensuring they are kept up to date with attendees and details, whilst working to achieve and exceed monthly and overall revenue targets.


Making a high number of calls to meet daily KPIs, to be set by management, and supporting delegates through the registration process, you will be instrumental to the continued success of the business and event future.



Skills and experience required:


  • Confident, with an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills

  • Proactive and money motivated

  • Strong communicator and influencer

  • Target driven, ambitious and eager to learn and develop

  • Resilient



Qualifications:


  • 2 years minimum proven success in delegate sales

  • A deep love for sales and a passion to grow a career in the sales industry

  • A drive for success

  • Growth mindset and coachability

  • Love of working collaboratively

  • High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
