The creation of Scandinavian-based digital agency Guava Group has been formally announced following a number of key acquisitions.
Guava, which was previously known as Notabene, acquired British PPC specialists Guava Limited in July last year, also adopting its name when the merger became official. Search agency Neutralize was acquired three months later.
The group went on to make further acquisitions including Atteno, Brand2Brand, CPH Group, SEO Logik and The Milk.
The newly formed agency, which mainly operates in Denmark, Sweden and the UK, provides businesses with search marketing and web development services such as online strategy, tracking and analytics, branding and affiliate marketing. It has previously undertaken work for clients including SAP, Capgemini and HP.
“The Guava Group has combined the skills and market sector experience from a number of countries to become a major player in the full service digital agency arena,” says Graeme Radford, CEO of the British division, Guava UK.
CEO of Guava Group, Brian Mertz Pedersen, adds, “Guava aims to exploit relevant digital channels of communication for its customers. We are aware of the growing demand from customers to develop campaigns with measurable returns, particularly on digital platforms, and we possess some of the greatest skills in this area.
“Guava works with clients to formulate their digital communications strategy and to employ the relevant tools and expertise to ensure their goals are achieved. With our strategic insight and execution skills we can focus on sales and measurable revenue generation for our customers.”
