Professional social networking site LinkedIn has announced the launch of an updated version of its mobile apps.
Both Android and iOS versions have been updated and a brand new HTML5 version has also been released, for use with any mobile browser.
In his blog announcing the new releases, LinkedIn’s mobile product manager Chad Whitney, said, “LinkedIn Mobile page views have grown more than 400 per cent year-over-year, making it the fastest growing consumer service on LinkedIn.
“With our experience building apps that meet the needs of professionals on the go, we had an opportunity to rethink how to best meet our members’ needs and have completely redesigned our mobile experience to make it faster, simpler, and better.”
