Lloydspharmacy has leveraged its ‘local pharmacy’ status by launching a DM campaign aimed at care home managers.
Being a community based business it can tailor delivery times to suit individual care homes, therefore being one step ahead of its competitors.
The campaign, designed to demonstrate how much time its prescription delivery service can save staff, is a direct mail pack resembling a pill box which is then followed up with an email.
Speaking about the campaign Lucy Barter, account director at TDA, the marketing agency behind the work, said, “The direct mail pack has been carefully crafted to achieve standout and to quickly demonstrate that Lloydspharmacy understands and empathises with the pressures on care home managers.”
