Dozens of workers donned their fitness gear and took to the streets of London for a public yoga class.
Taking place on Wednesday afternoon in Finsbury Avenue Square by Liverpool Street, the yoga class welcomed a number of bankers, lawyers and other professionals from the area.
It was organised by conference call provider Powwownow, in a bid to encourage workers to improve their work/life balance.
Jason Downes, MD at Powwownow, said: “We’re traditionally not great in the UK at establishing a work/life balance and during this time of year if you work in an office 9-5 you barely get to see the sunlight.
“Allowing yourself at least an hour a day in a different environment can really help to fuel creativity and focus.”
He added: “In my eyes an increased work/life balance can only promote positivity, leading to productivity in one’s work.”
