Interactive Materials
Participation is key if you wish to attract new customers, investors or partners; one way in which you can encourage individuals to participate and thus understand your business is through interactive promotional materials. If you encourage members of the crowd to participate at your stand you will draw the attention of many others as they will take an interest in your activities. The more individuals that participate in your promotional activities, the more people that will hear of your business and the services or products that you provide; in turn your company’s name will spread quickly throughout the Trade Show Exhibition.
Sales Team
For you to attract members of the Trade Exhibition Show to your stand you will need a friendly, helpful professional sales team to aid you. If your team are enthusiastic about your products or services their enthusiasm is likely to spread and lure others to your stand where you can give more detail about your company and what you have to offer.
Promotional Offers
Whether rich or poor, each and every one of us loves the idea of getting a good deal; if you promote discounts, half rates and special offers from your stand the chances are that you will attract a larger audience than if you were to continue with your usual rates or fees.
There are many ways in which you can use promotional offers, examples include giving a discount to individuals that use your product or service for the first time, allowing individuals to pay just a small amount of the whole fee upfront and still walk away with the item.
Freebies and Gifts
There’s nothing quite like a company gift or a free item when joining up; even if the item is something as simple as a free pen, a key chain or stickers the idea that the individual is gaining something for nothing is likely to draw them to your stand.
You can use this to your advantage by only supplying the gift or free item if the individual purchases your product, signs up to your service or join your company in some way.
Word is also sure to spread very quickly that your stand is giving items away for a simple joining free or alongside a particular product and so your stand may become busy very quickly.
Products and Company Knowledge
For the more inquisitive members of the crowd you will need to know as much about your business, or the products and services that you provide as possible. If an individual deems you to be ignorant of your own products or company they are not likely to stay by your stand and will quickly leave you to your own devices.
To gain the trust of your audience and make a few sales or persuade individuals to sign up to your services or company you need to be able to answer all of their questions openly, although with a little bias towards your business.
There are many other ways in which you can ensure that your stand attracts a larger audience than all others; but remember that in order to sell products or to sell your services you need to believe in your company and confidence in your work.
