Speaking at the annual B2B Marketing Conference Kemish urged marketers to stop using istock images of groups of smiling ‘business professionals’, and not to rely on the marketing funnel saying, “We risk losing people if we stick them in the funnel, people fall out.”
Delegates were told they needed to be curious, to see what’s out there, listen to what’s said and only talk when you have something important to say.
