SugarCRM has appointed Martina Knappe as director of marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
She will be responsible for implementing high-impact marketing strategies to increase awareness of the software company’s customer relationship management (CRM) technology across the region.
Knappe was previously head of EMEA marketing at Interactive Intelligence Group, where she delivered increased brand recognition and contributed to annual growth targets year-on-year with creative pan-European campaigns. She has also held senior positions at Siemens and Avaya.
