MEPC appoints new marketing manager

Layne Howarth has been appointed as the new marketing manager for business estate manager MEPC.

Howarth will be responsible for the overall MEPC brand as well as individual marketing campaigns for each of the company’s nine business estates. Prior to her new role, Howarth has held senior marketing positions in the financial services and software sectors.

Rick de Blaby, chief executive at MEPC said, “Layne joins us at an exciting time for both the business and the sector. Interest in all our estates is significantly up, and confidence among commercial property occupiers in general is strengthening.

Commenting on her new position, Layne said, “It will be a real pleasure to build on and further evolve the strong reputation MEPC already enjoys.”
