MeritDirect acquires 180byTwo for its account-based marketing capabilities

MeritDirect has announced that it has completed its acquisition of ABM platform 180byTwo.

Financial details were not disclosed. 

The founders of 180byTwo will serve on the leadership team at MeritDirect reporting to Sanchez. Shaffer will serve as chief product officer; Ben Goldman, as SVP, digital, and Karl Hjartarson will serve as SVP, programmatic and digital data operations. This is the second acquisition for MeritDirect this year. 

MeritDirect aims to enhance its digital and account-based marketing offerings. 180byTwo’s technology in advanced processing, identity resolution, and machine learning allows MeritDirect to provide their clients with a more intelligent, end-to-end account-based marketing platform.

MeritDirect, based in Rye Brook, NY, with additional offices in Boston, Denver, Chicago, Lincoln and London, is the leading provider of business data, database products, consultative marketing services, and campaign execution solutions with a single focus in B2B.
