Microsoft has appointed Donna Hindson as director of trade marketing for its UK advertising and online division.
The newly created role follows a period of restructuring at the company after a turbulent year for the internet technology giant. Hindson’s position replaces the previous position of marketing director of Microsoft Advertising.
Hindson has previously worked for the BBC as well as Future Media Group where she was head of marketing and partnerships. Prior to this Hindson worked for Microsoft for 13 years in the UK, Canada and Asia.
