Global appetite for mobile advertising has been underlined by mobile advertising network Mojiva, which has announced it now reaches one billion unique devices a month.
Devices registered in the UK accounted for 33 million, while the market in the US represented 250 million alone.
Robert Coolbrith, senior research analyst at ThinkEquity, said, “Mojiva’s achievement of this significant milestone underscores both the dramatically growing importance of mobile devices in online content consumption and Mojiva’s role as a key enabler in monetising mobile media.
“We believe that mobile advertising will rapidly become a key component of large brands’ marketing mix over the next five years and that ad networks and tech-driven intermediaries such as Mojiva will help to accelerate this shift by driving efficiency and transparency across the mobile ad ecosystem.”
