Foreign exchange firm Moneycorp has appointed Yorkshire-based agency Third Foundation to manage its performance marketing activity.
New customer acquisition performance has improved by 32% since Moneycorp started using Third Foundation’s services. Moneycorp aims to use Third Foundation’s AI and Machine Learning brand to extract insight from media data to understand customer-specific patterns. Third Foundation also strives to enhance brand loyalty and drive market performance for Moneycorp.
Moneycorp currently manages £35.5bn transactions per year for individuals and corporate organisations. Third Foundation enables marketing departments to utilise AI and machine learning to examine online insights so companies can understand customer and business pain points and patterns.
